Our Review:

For those looking for casual adult dating, SexDatePersonals.com is a huge site with lots of online activity and a massive membership base. However, it’s not that well set out, making navigation difficult and it also lacks chat rooms.

Members comprise males, females and couples from a range of countries, but the majority come from the USA. There were well over a million profiles to browse when we conducted the review and 119,899 online, which is extremely busy in comparison to some other adult dating sites in this category.

It’s free to join SexDatePersonals.com and takes just a couple of minutes as long as you have a valid email address. You can then take a look around the site, create your own profile and browse limited member profiles (you need to upgrade to view the full profile). Whilst there’s little else available to free members (apart from creating a hotlist), you can receive messages from upgraded members. Unfortunately you can’t read or reply to them until you subscribe.

If you decide to upgrade then you can opt for the slightly less expensive Silver membership or Gold. Silver membership gets you unlimited email, winks (automated messages expressing your interest in another member), create a hotlist and invite friends to your network circle. Silver members also get to see full member profiles and advanced search tools. Gold membership costs a little more (see above) and you get a few enhancements, including top listing in search results (getting you 5x more views apparently) and your contact information is included when you send an email. Gold members also get a 4 month hook up guarantee whereby if you don’t meet anybody within that time you get 4 months free.

With reference to search tools, free members can use the quick search, which simply constitutes a keyword search. Silver and Gold members get an advanced search that incorporates a range of criteria including who and what kind of relationship you’re looking for, age range, distance, country and state. As advanced search tools go, it’s pretty limited. Moreover, there are no search filters to help you screen out fake or inactive profiles. As an aside, Gold members can also watch adult movies online for free or live cam shows (extra per minute fee applies). In case you have any questions or technical problems, there’s a brief FAQs section on the site, though this is fairly unlikely to resolve your query. There’s also email help (guaranteed 24 hour response for Silver members and 12 hours for Gold).

In summary, SexDatePersonals.com is a little disappointing, mainly due to the look of the site, which makes navigation difficult, as well as missing key features such as chat rooms. That said, it’s buzzing with online activity. Nonetheless, could do a little better is the bottom line.
